BALI – Beginning Monday, September 1, 2025, all international passengers arriving in Indonesia will be required to complete their arrival declaration through the All Indonesia application.

The regulation initially applies to three major airports—Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Juanda International Airport in Surabaya, and I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali—as well as Batam International Port.

In addition, the government is expanding the trial phase to cover all international airports, seaports, and land borders across the country. The All Indonesia app is expected to simplify entry procedures and provide a faster, more convenient, and secure travel experience.

Through this application, passengers can fill out a single arrival form covering immigration, customs, health, and quarantine requirements in a fully integrated digital system. The form can be submitted as early as three days before departure and even after landing, free of charge.

Acting Director General of Immigration, Yuldi Yusman, described All Indonesia as a major leap in digital public services. “The arrival process is now shorter, safer, and more accessible for all passengers, including the elderly, people with disabilities, and children,” he stated in an official release.

Meanwhile, Director General of Customs and Excise, Djaka Budhi Utama, emphasized that the integration benefits not only passenger movement but also facilitates the flow of goods. With this system in place, travelers are no longer required to complete a separate electronic customs declaration (e-CD).

The Ministry of Health has also voiced its support, highlighting that the app allows early detection of potential infectious diseases. Additionally, the collected data will strengthen quarantine measures to prevent the spread of pests while safeguarding national food security and the economy.
